MEN:
Roland Green (CAN, Trek-Volkswagen) proved again that he's the strongest man in NORBA racing Friday, when he locked up the overall series title by demolishing 108 men - winning his second NCS race in a row. Green took a solo victory against fellow Canadian Seamus McGrath (Haro/Lee Dungarees), while Kashi Leuchs (NZL, Volvo-Cannondale) finished third. Ryder Hesjedal (CAN, Subaru Gary Fisher) and Tinker Juarez (USA, Volvo-Cannondale) rounded out the podium.

Finding a bike!
his section is entitled: Finding a Mountain Bicycle.
A good mountain bike should have these 4 characteristics: (1) it should have larger frame tubes than an average road bicycle. (2) It should have a wider range of gears that an average road bicycle. (3) It should be a bit heavier (1-5 pounds depending on bike). (4) And last it should cost between -500. (Don’t be fooled by the bikes at department store which retail for as little as .00. THESE BIKES ARE AS CHEAP AS THEY SOUND!!! They have lower range of components and may fall apart sooner.)
There are three main types of mountain bikes on the market today. Hard trails, Ridged bikes, and Dual suspension. The ridged bike is usually made of Aluminum, has ho front shocks, and is generally built for the light off-road crowd. Handrails are made for the trail. They can wistand moderate abuse, and can handle the distance. They mostly have shocks (between 55mm and 100mm of travel) and a heavy-duty component selection. On the other hand, Dual suspension bikes are built to smash! Some of which can even take 10-foot drops. To be called a dual suspension, a bike must have a front shock and a rear shock. These bike in result, are the most costly.
